The following is a proposition I would like to share with you.
My home is based in Marco Island, perhaps you have heard of it? It is a small exclusive Island on the West Coast of Florida near Naples.
I am making this offer to you not only as an enthusiast, but hoping that perhaps this can be a beneficial business proposition for the both of us.
My second home of choice is located in Eastern Tennessee in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. Perhaps you have ridden the "Trail of the Dragon" or the "Cherohala Skyway"?
About two years ago, I had a tractor trailer custom built for transporting cars and bikes. The truck matches one of my bikes. I’m sure as a bike lover you can appreciate that. I am hoping to interest you in your own personal time share (my home) and/or transport service.
My home is a rather large four (4) bedroom, 3.5 bath, with 2 offices and a game room. Also a three (3) car garage which has automatic lifts allowing plenty of room for motorcycles and cars. This is all on the water located on the Gulf of Mexico. Our Island is home to several major celebrities that like to vacation keep a low profile.
I have the ability to move cars and bikes to and from any location within this country as needed for your convenience. My home will also be available to you at any time you wish to vacation or get-a-way to the Island. I feel this is a win-win situation for the both of us. You could have your own personal transporter for your vehicles and a home on the Island without the cost of purchasing, maintenance and upkeep. There are several photos of my home posted above. If you find this proposal worth your consideration, it will allow me to proceed and finish the "Biker Lodge & Retreat" that I have begun, yet been unable to complete in the foothills of Tennessee.
